  As you can see, our design gives this home a new feel that is full of personality and addresses some drainage issues that the homeowners were having. 








 

Also notice that the slope of the property is now better matched by the landscaping to facilitate drainage. This also helps better focus the visual flow from the front to the street.  What was once a very plain home has been revitalized and ready for many more years of enjoyment.  We also created a very inviting backyard for the children to play in.

  As you can see, our design brings this home back to life. By capitalizing on the homes natural beauty we were able to use its existing color palet to create the more classic look the home owners were looking for.






By creating boundaries for the landscape beds we give the homes landscaping a terraced look while creating functional traffic patterns and a defined lawn. And because rock was used to match the homes facade, instead of mulch, leaf cleanup becomes much more manageable. Just stroll threw with a leaf blower, something you should not try with mulch, and you done.

   Thanks so much for the excellent job your folks did with the planning and landscaping at our new home. We've had a couple of days to look the work over and we both think it really looks great. I really appreciate the time you personally spent with my wife and I helping with the decisions on what the final result should look like. That really paid off. The plants look great! And we really like the way the different color rock sets off the house. And of course, the concrete border around the whole thing is really striking.
   I want to also thank you for the help you gave us on the fenced area to the side of the house. This area has really worked well for us and the dogs. Your advise on how to fill that area was right on the mark.
